Engineer / Consultant Entry
Level to Expert. Part Time Project work for various educational,
corporate, hospitality clients. Work includes project planning, technical
proposal writing, RFP development, analyses, project management and product
evaluations. Good writing skills necessary, proficiency with MS Office
applications and AutoCAD/Visio helpful. All

Desktop Support Consultant. Part Time Provide desktop support to clients in small business environments. Typical work activities include:
documenting billable time,
maintaining accounts payable, receivable,
creating invoices from billing software,
screening telephone calls, inquiries, and requests and handling them if they do
not think it necessary to pass on to their manager;
dealing with incoming e-mail, faxes and mail;
writing letters and reports;
organizing meetings;
liaison with clients, suppliers and other staff;
devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow,
and the organization and storage of paperwork, documents and computer-based
information.
Other tasks may include:
taking responsibility for recruiting and training junior staff and delegating
work to them;
arranging travel and accommodation;
traveling with the manager from time to time, to take notes at meetings, take
dictation and provide general assistance in presentations.
Personal / Administrative Assistant. FILLED Executive seeking organized, proactive,
assistant. Should have computer skills (Word, Excel), be good at
anticipating needs and follow through. Informal office, formal clients,
so please be well rounded. Car required. Some errands, odd jobs,
and flexible hours are likely, but mostly M-F. Part time to start,
ultimately full time. Discretion and confidentiality a must. Entry
